On April 26, an 18-year-old dalit woman was allegedly gang raped by five men at the Thanagazi area of Alwar district. The horrendous incident took place in broad day light when the woman and her husband were passing the Thanagazi highway.

The group assaulted the woman’s husband and raped her in front of him. The assailants not only filmed the incident but also threatened the couple to not file a complaint with any competent authority. The couple was also blackmailed by the assailants who demanded ransom for not uploading the video on social media.

The couple filed a complaint at a police station in Alwar district on May 2. According to the FIR filed by the woman, “She and her husband was forcefully stopped by the group of men who later took them to the hillocks of sand and took turns to rape her while her husband was assaulted by the same group.”

“They filmed the act and threatened to kill my husband and also make the video viral before leaving us,” added the complainant.

However, even days after receiving the complaint from the woman, the police failed to take any action against the accused. Meanwhile, sensing that the couple has filed a complaint to the police, the accused uploaded the video on internet. Police registered the FIR only after the video went viral on social media and tried to justify this delay in investigation by claiming that they were overloaded with work due to the Lok Sabha elections.

Responding to the incident, on Tuesday, May 7, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said, “The state government is committed for women’s safety. Police teams have been formed to arrest the accused. The woman and her family will be provided with enough protection by the police.”

Condemning the delay in the investigation, the Rajasthan government suspended the Alwar SP Rajiv Pachar on Tuesday night. The SHO of Thanagazi police station, Sardar Singh was also suspended along with four other policemen. The additional Chief Secretary (Home) Rajeeva Swarup said, “The SP has been removed and put under the Awaiting Posting Order status till further orders.” The state government has also released an interim relief of Rs. 4.12 lakh for the survivor.

Meanwhile, the residents of Thanagazi took out a protest march demanding justice for the woman and arrest of all accused.

However, in a recent development, the police have arrested three of the five accused—Indraraj Gurjar, Ashok and Mukesh, who are all Gujjars, a dominant caste in the area. Inspector General of Police, S Sengathir said that the police have set up 14 teams to arrest the accused.

Along with charges of rape, the accused have also been slapped with SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The police are yet to arrest two more accused, belonging to the same community. “Two rape accused are absconding. Mukesh shot the video and uploaded it on social media. He has been arrested under the IR Act,” added the IG.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday met the Dalit woman who was gang-raped at Thanagazi in Rajasthan's Alwar district and assured her of swift action against the culprits and justice in the case. Mr. Gandhi flew in from New Delhi and went straight to the victim's house to meet her and her family.

Mr. Gandhi told reporters after meeting the family that he had not come to the town to indulge in politics and added that this was “[more of] an emotional issue for me”. “As soon as I heard about the incident, I called Ashok Gehlot Ji. This is not a political issue for me... I have met the victim's family and they have sought justice. It will be done,” he said.

“Jo bhi zimmedar hain unke khilaaf zabardast karyawahi hogi,” (Stringent action will be taken against those responsible) Mr. Gandhi said. “I want to send across a message not just in Alwar or in Rajasthan, but in the entire country that such behaviour against our sisters and mothers will not be tolerated,” he said.

Mr. Gandhi was accompanied by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot, AICC State in-charge Avinash Pande and Congress candidate from Alwar in Lok Sabha election, Jitendra Singh.

Mr. Gehlot said the State government had taken several decisions to prevent crimes against women in the aftermath of the Alwar incident. He said the chargesheet in the Alwar case would be filed in the court within seven days and the victim would be given a government job.

The Congress government in the State has faced criticism over the alleged delay in registration of first information report in the case. The BJP alleged that the police had turned away the victim and delayed action in view of the May 6 polling for Lok Sabha election.

The April 26 incident caused widespread outrage in the State after the accused released video footage of the crime, which they had filmed, on the social media. The Dalit woman was raped allegedly in front of her husband after the couple was waylaid on the Thanagazi-Alwar bypass road and dragged to a deserted area.

Less than a month after a woman was gangraped by five men in front of her husband in Rajasthan's Alwar, reports of three minor girls being raped in different parts of the Congress-ruled state have surfaced.

One of the three minor girls is from Alwar. Her family members allegedly lynched one of the three people accused.

Police said the girl, aged about 15 years, was allegedly gangraped by three minors on May 14 in a village in Alwar district. She had gone there to attend a relative's marriage.

"While one of the accused managed to flee, the other two were caught by the victims' family members and thrashed the next morning... Few hours later, one of them was found dead on the roadside," Superintendent of Police Paris Anil Deshmukh said.

Speaking to India Today TV, the girl said she was attacked by the three accused early morning when she had gone out to relieve herself. She said the trio took her to a nearby school and raped her. She said that hearing her screams her mother and uncle reached the spot.

"Seeing them come, the accused fled," she said.

Police say the girl's family was able to nab one of the accused and beat him up. His body was found later in the morning.

The girl's family and the family of the deceased have both registered FIRs. The girl's mother filed an FIR against the three accused, while the family members of the deceased registered a case of murder against the girl's family members.
Police said both the accused were detained on Friday and will be sent to juvenile home.

Meanwhile, in a separate case in Churu district's Bhanipura area, a six-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her relative.

"The girl had gone to fetch water when the 14-year old accused took her to an isolated place and committed the crime on Friday. He has been detained," SHO of Bhanipura Police Station Malkiyat Singh said.

In another incident, an eight-year-old girl was raped in a village Dholpur on Thursday.

"The victim was staying at her maternal grandfather's home where the accused, identified as Parvesh, 18, raped her. He was caught Saturday," SHO of Mahila Thana-Dholpur Yashpal Singh said.

Meanwhile, a chargesheet was filed Saturday against the accused in the Alwar gangrape case in a court here, Additional Superintendent of Police Chiranjee Lal said.

In yet another case of gangrape, a married woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by three persons at an isolated place near here where she had gone to collect firewood, police said Sunday.

"The alleged incident occurred on May 15 while the woman reached the police station along with her husband in the wee hours of May 18 to lodge the complaint," said Chhatargarh police station in-charge Sandeep Kumar.

The victim said she did not want to be noticed while going to the police station to lodge the rape complaint, added Kumar, explaining the reason why women reached the police station in wee hours.

On the victim's complaint, the police lodged an FIR, got her medically examined and detained the three accused, Aarif, Dinesh and Banwari, last night, the station house officer added.

The Bikaner gangrape case comes close on the heels of one in Alwar, where a woman was gang-raped in front of her husband in the district's Thanagaji area.

The Alwar gangrape case had sparked widespread protests and criticism of the government.

A slew of rape cases, including those of children and minor, have been reported in recent past.

A married woman was allegedly abducted and gang-raped by six people at various locations in Rajasthan, police said.

A case was registered one month ago regarding the abduction of the victim.


"Her tea was spiked and then she was taken away on a motorcycle and was allegedly gang-raped, at multiple locations. We have registered a case against six people. Out of them, we have arrested three people on Sunday," said Dinesh Jiwanani, Landanu Police station in-charge.

The police are searching for the remaining three culprits.

NEW DELHI: The mother of a 23-year-old doctor who killed herself at a state-run hospital in Mumbai has alleged that her seniors used to persistently harass her with casteist remarks. Payal Salman Tadvi, a resident doctor who was pursuing gynaecology, was found dead in her room on May 22 at BYL Nair Hospital.
Three doctors who Ms Tadvi had accused of harassing her before she killed herself are on the run. The Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors has cancelled the memberships of the three accused, who have been identified as Hema Ahuja, Bhakti Mehar and Ankita Khandilwal, news agency ANI reported on Sunday.

Senior police officer Deepak Kundal said a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed and the three accused also face a case under a stringent law, which gives no scope for bail, to protect Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes from atrocities.

Ms Tadvi's mother, who is suffering from cancer, said they had complained to the management but no action was taken against the accused. She alleged the management assured the family they would look into the matter, but refused to commit the promise in writing.

"Whenever she used to speak to me on phone, she would say that these three (senior doctors) people torture her as she belongs to a tribal community, use casteist slurs on her. We want justice for her," Ms Tadvi's mother, Abeda, told ANI.

BYL Nair Hospital's dean Ramesh Bharmal denied the allegations. "Dr Payal's mother's claims that she had complained to the hospital about the alleged torture being meted out to her daughter are not true. We have received no complaint till date regarding this issue," said Mr Bharmal.

He said the hospital has formed an anti-ragging committee and summoned the three doctors. "They are currently not in Mumbai. The committee will file its report as soon as possible," the dean said.

A colleague of Ms Tadvi said her mother had indeed complained to the management. "If the management had acted on time, her life could have been saved and the career of the three doctors would not have gone wasted," the colleague told NDTV, asking not to be identified.

                          ఎవరు ఏ కులంలో పుట్టారు? ఏ వర్గంలో పుట్టారు అని కాదు మనం చూడాల్సింది. ఎక్కడ పుట్టినా ఏ తరగతుల ప్రజల కోసం పాటుపడుతున్నారనేది మనం చూడాలి. మన దేశంలో కులతత్వం, అంటరానితనం పోవాలన్నా, కుల నిర్మూలన జరగాలన్నా మనుధర్మ శాస్త్రాన్ని, అగ్రకుల ఛాందసత్వాన్ని తునాతునకలుగా పేల్చివేయమని చెప్పాడు అంబేద్కర్‌. చెప్పిన దానిని ఎంతమంది పాటిస్తున్నారు? హిందూ మత, కుల దురహంకారానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఎందరు పోరాడుతున్నారో చెప్పగలరా?

సోషల్‌ మీడియా రోజురోజుకూ పెద్దఎత్తున ఆదరణ పొందుతోంది. వాట్సప్‌, ఫేస్‌బుక్‌, ట్విట్టర్‌ మొదలగు పలు వేదికల ద్వారా విస్తృతంగా భావాలు ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారు. వారికి నచ్చిన ఇతరుల భావాలను లైక్‌ చేయడం, షేర్‌ చేయడం, కామెంట్స్‌ పెట్టడం లాంటివీ చేస్తున్నారు. రోజువారీ ప్రింట్‌, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌ మీడియాతో పోటీపడి క్షణాల్లో వారికి నచ్చిన, ఇష్టమైన సమాచారాన్ని పోస్టు చేస్తున్నారు. దీనివల్ల సానుకూలంగానో, వ్యతిరేకంగానో భావాలపై విస్తృత చర్చ జరుగుతోంది. దీనిని ఆహ్వానించాలి. కానీ అదే సమయంలో కొంతమంది మతతత్వాన్ని సమర్ధిస్తూ లౌకికవాదులపై, అభ్యుదయవాదులపై, కార్టూనిస్టులపై విమర్శల దాడులు చేస్తున్నారు. కొంతమంది దళిత నాయకులు, దళితవాదం పేరుతో కమ్యూనిస్టులపై దుష్ప్రచారానికి పాల్పడుతున్నారు. అంబేద్కర్‌వాదులమని, దళిత నాయకులమని చలామణి అవుతూ అంబేద్కర్‌ను కీర్తిస్తూ సందర్భం లేకపోయినా కమ్యూనిస్టులనూ, ప్రజాసంఘాలనూ నిందిస్తున్నారు. అంబేద్కర్‌ గొప్పతనాన్ని కీర్తించడంలో తప్పులేదు. కానీ అంబేద్కర్‌ని దళితులు తప్ప ఇతరులు మరెవ్వరూ గుర్తించలేదని, అగ్రకులతత్వంతో కమ్యూనిస్టులు అంబేద్కర్‌ని గుర్తించ నిరాకరిస్తున్నారని తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారు. కమ్యూనిస్టులు ఏం చేశారనేది తెలుసుకోకుండా, విషయాన్ని పరిశీలించకుండా సంకుచిత దృక్పథంతో దాడి చేస్తున్నారు. ఇది ఏ మాత్రం సరైంది కాదు.
కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ మన దేశంలో ఏర్పడిన మొదలు కార్మిక, వ్యవసాయ కార్మిక, రైతు సమస్యల పైన దళితులు, కార్మికులు, శ్రమజీవుల కోసం విరామమెరుగని పోరాటం చేసింది. ఈ పోరాటంలో దేశంలో అనేకమంది నాయకులు, వేలాది మంది కార్యకర్తలు ప్రాణాలర్పించారు. ఇది దాచేస్తే దాగని సత్యం. చెరిపేస్తే చెరగని వాస్తవం.
అంటరాని కులంలో పుట్టి పెరిగిన అంబేద్కర్‌ తుది శ్వాస విడిచే వరకూ కుల వివక్షతకూ, అంటరానితనానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా, దళితులు, కార్మికులు, స్త్రీల హక్కుల కోసం పోరాడుతూ రాజ్యాంగ నిర్మాతగా నిలిచాడు. దీనికి యావత్తు భారతదేశం గర్వించింది. మన దేశమే కాదు ఒక విధంగా ప్రపంచమే ఆయనను కొనియాడుతున్న పరిస్థితి నేడు ఉంది. దీనిని అంబేద్కర్‌వాదులే కాదు. ప్రజాతంత్రవాదులు, కమ్యూనిస్టులు కూడా హర్షిస్తున్నారు.
మధ్యయుగంలో కులతత్వానికి, అంటరానితనానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా భక్తి ఉద్యమం పేరుతో అనేకమంది ప్రచారం చేశారు. ఆధునిక కాలంలో జ్యోతిబాపూలే, డాక్టర్‌ అంబేద్కర్‌, పెరియార్‌ రామస్వామి, త్రిపురనేని రామస్వామి, నారాయణగురు లాంటి యోధులు అనేక పోరాటాలు చేయడం ద్వారా సమాజంలో కొంతవరకు మార్పు తీసుకొచ్చారు.
అదే విధంగా కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ ఈ దేశంలో ఏర్పడిన తరువాత కులతత్వానికి, అంటరానితనానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాటాలు నడిపింది. ఈ పోరాటాల్లో అగ్రభాగాన ఉండి దళితుల పక్షాన నిలబడి, అగ్రకుల దురహంకారానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాడిన వారు, కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలో చేరిన అగ్రకులాలకు చెందిన ఆనాటి యువకులే. మన రాష్ట్రంలో పుచ్చలపల్లి సుందరయ్య అగ్రకులంలో పుట్టి, అగ్రకుల దురహంకారానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా దళితుల పక్షాన పోరాడిన యోధుడు. భూస్వామ్య కుటుంబంలో పుట్టి భూస్వాములకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాడాడు. 'దున్నే వాడికే భూమి' నినాదంతో పోరాటాలు నడిపి లక్షలాది ఎకరాలు పేదలకు పంపిణీ చేసిన మహత్తర పోరాటం వీర తెలంగాణ విప్లవ పోరాటం. కూలీ రేట్ల పెంపు, భూ పంపిణీ కోసం పోరాడిన ధీరుడు పుచ్చలపల్లి సుందరయ్య. తన యావదాస్తి ప్రజల కోసం ధారపోసి ప్రజల కోసం, శ్రమ జీవుల రాజ్యం రావాలని పోరాడిన ధీశాలి. దీనిని ఎవరైనా కాదనగలరా? ఆయన ఒక్కరే కాదు. మన రాష్ట్రంలో అగ్రకులాల నుంచి వచ్చిన మాకినేని బసవపున్నయ్య, చండ్ర రాజేశ్వరరావు, తరిమెల నాగిరెడ్డి, మోటూరు హనుమంతరావు, నండూరి ప్రసాదరావు లాంటివారు కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలో చేరి దళితుల కోసం పోరాడుతుంటే కసాయి కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం వారిని కాల్చేయమని ఆర్డరు వేస్తే వారిని కంటికి రెప్పలా, కడుపులో బిడ్డలా దాచుకున్నది దళిత పేటలే కదా. అదే విధంగా కేరళలో బ్రాహ్మణ కులంలో పుట్టిన నంబూద్రి పాద్‌, ఎకె గోపాలన్‌, తమిళనాడులో పి రామ్మూర్తి లాంటి వారెందరో ఉన్నారు. ఇది యధార్థం కాదా? భూస్వాములు కుల దురహంకారంతో కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీని మాల, మాదిగల పార్టీగా ప్రచారం చేశారనే సంగతి మనకు తెలియదా?
ఎవరు ఏ కులంలో పుట్టారు? ఏ వర్గంలో పుట్టారు అని కాదు మనం చూడాల్సింది. ఎక్కడ పుట్టినా ఏ తరగతుల ప్రజల కోసం పాటుపడుతున్నారనేది మనం చూడాలి. అంబేద్కర్‌ గొప్ప ప్రజాస్వామ్య వాది. కమ్యూనిస్టులు కూడా ప్రజాస్వామ్య వాదులే. హక్కుల కోసం ఎంతకైనా తెగించి పోరాడుతారు. అంబేద్కర్‌ చేసిన పోరాటాలను, ఆయన చేసిన త్యాగాన్ని కమ్యూనిస్టులు విస్మరించడం లేదు. వ్యక్తి పూజ తప్పని, వ్యక్తి పూజ బానిస మనస్తత్వానికి నిదర్శనమని అంబేద్కర్‌ ఆనాడే చెప్పాడు. కాని అంబేద్కర్‌ వారసులమని చెప్పుకునే కొందరు అంబేద్కర్‌ని కీర్తిస్తూ కాలక్షేపం చేస్తున్నారు తప్ప ఆయన ఆశయాలు ముందుకు తీసుకుపోవడానికి కృషి చేస్తున్నారా? మన దేశంలో కులతత్వం, అంటరానితనం పోవాలన్నా, కుల నిర్మూలన జరగాలన్నా మనుధర్మ శాస్త్రాన్ని, అగ్రకుల ఛాందసత్వాన్ని తునాతునకలుగా పేల్చివేయమని చెప్పాడు అంబేద్కర్‌. చెప్పిన దానిని ఎంతమంది పాటిస్తున్నారు? హిందూ మత, కుల దురహంకారానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఎందరు పోరాడుతున్నారో చెప్పగలరా? ఈరోజు బిజెపి నాయకులు అగ్రకులాధిపత్యాన్ని, మనువాదాన్ని ప్రచారం చేస్తూ మతోన్మాదాన్ని రెచ్చగొడుతున్నారు. దళితులపై దాడులు చేస్తూ, దళిత స్త్రీలను మానభంగాలకు గురిచేసి హత్యలు చేస్తున్నారు. గోవధ నిషేధం పేరుతో దళితులపైనా, మైనార్టీలపైనా దాడులు చేస్తుంటే దానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాడుతున్నది కమ్యూనిస్టులే కదా! అందుకే బిజెపి మతోన్మాదులు, కమ్యూనిస్టులపై విషం చిమ్ముతున్నారు. కొంతమంది దళిత నాయకులు కూడా దానికి వంతపాడటం సరైనదేనా? కులతత్వానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా, అంటరానితనానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా పోరాడుతున్న కమ్యూనిస్టు లపై ఎందుకు నిందలు వేస్తున్నారు? దీని వల్ల ఎవరికి ప్రయోజనం కలుగుతున్నదో ఆలోచించాలి.
అంబేద్కర్‌ ఈ దేశంలో భూమిని జాతీయం చేసి, భూమి లేని పేదలకు ఇవ్వాలన్నారు. పేదల చేతిలో పెట్టుబడికి డబ్బు ఉండదు కాబట్టి ప్రభుత్వం ఆర్థిక సహాయం చేయాలన్నారు. భారీ పరిశ్రమలను, బ్యాంకింగ్‌, ఇన్సూరెన్సు రంగాలను జాతీయం చేయాలన్నారు. అంబేద్కర్‌ ఏం చెప్పాడో, కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ లక్ష్యం కూడా అదే కదా! ఆయన ఆశయ సాధనకై నేడు పోరాడుతున్నది కమ్యూనిస్టులేగా. అలాం టప్పుడు కమ్యూనిస్టులపై బురద జల్లడం ఏవిధంగా సరైంది? దళిత నాయకులు, అంబేద్కర్‌వాదులు కమ్యూనిస్టులను మిత్రులుగా చూడాలి తప్ప శత్రువులుగా చూడడం సరికాదు.
ఇటీవల మన రాష్ట్ర శాసనసభకు జరిగిన ఎన్నికల్లో కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు, జనసేన, బిఎస్‌పి పార్టీలు కలిసి పని చేశాయి. సిపిఎం, సిపిఐ పార్టీల ఫ్లెక్సీల మీద కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు, జనసేన నాయకుల ఫొటోలతోపాటు బహుజన నేత మాయావతి ఫొటో వేసి ప్రచారం చేశాయి. జాతీయ స్థాయిలోని నేతలు, ఇలా కలిసి పని చేయడానికి సిద్ధ పడుతూంటే, ఆ ఐక్యతను బలపర్చాల్సింది పోయి చీలికలను సృష్టించాలని ప్రయత్నించడం సమంజసమేనా?
కమ్యూనిస్టులు బిఎస్‌పితో కలిసి సామాజిక వివక్షత పైన, ప్రజా సమస్యల పైన పని చేయడానికి, సుముఖంగా ఉన్నారన్న విషయం తెలియని వారు మాత్రమే కమ్యూనిస్టులపై నిందలు వేస్తున్నారు. ఇటువంటి వారే పెట్టుబడిదారుల, భూస్వాముల పార్టీలైన కాంగ్రెస్‌, వైసిపి, తెలుగుదేశం, బిజెపిల పట్ల సానుకూలంగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ, వారి జెండాలను మోస్తున్నారు. దళితులపై దాడులు జరుగుతుంటే ఈ బూర్జువా పార్టీల నాయకులు నోళ్లు విప్పుతు న్నారా? కమ్యూనిస్టులే కదా గొంతెత్తి నినదించేది. అలాంటి కమ్యూనిస్టులతో చెలిమి చేయకుండా దళితులపై దాడులు చేస్తున్న వారి జెండాలను మోయటంలో అర్థమేంటి?
అంబేద్కర్‌ దోపిడీ పాలన పోవాలనీ, స్టేట్‌ సోషలిజం రావాలని కోరాడు. అంతేకాదు ఈ దేశంలో సోషలిజం తీసుకొచ్చేది నా ప్రజలే అని కరాఖండిగా చెప్పాడు. ఈ లక్ష్యం నెరవేరాలంటే కమ్యూనిస్టులు, అంబేద్కర్‌వాదులు ఇంకా అనేక సామ్యవాద శక్తులను కలుపుకొని పెద్ద ఉద్యమం నడపాలి.
కాని అంబేద్కర్‌వాదులమని చెప్పుకుంటున్న కొందరు 'మేడే' పైన, దానితోబాటు కమ్యూనిస్టుల పైన అకారణంగా దాడి చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రపంచం మొత్తం మీద కష్టజీవులు జరిపే పండుగ ఇది. విముక్తి కోసం సమైక్యంగా పోరాడమని ఉత్తేజపరిచే దీక్షాదినం. దేశాల ఎల్లలు, మత విద్వేషాలు, కులాల అడ్డుగోడలు అన్నింటినీ అధిగమించి ప్రపంచ మంతటా జరిపే పండుగ ఇది. పెట్టుబడిదారుల పల్లకీ మోసే వారు మాత్రమే దీనిని సహించలేరు. అణచివేత, దోపిడీ, వివక్షత ఏ రూపంలో ఉన్నా దానిని ఎదిరించి పోరాడాలను కునేవారు మేడేను విమర్శించరు. అంబేద్కర్‌ కల్పించిన రిజర్వేషన్లకు తూట్లు పొడుస్తూ పెద్ద ఎత్తున జరుగుతున్న కార్పొరేటీకరణ, ప్రపంచీకరణ, దళితుల జీవితాలను అతలాకుతలం చేస్తున్నాయి. అభివృద్ధి పేర దళితుల భూములను లాక్కుంటున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ నియామకాలు జరపడం లేదు. ఈ ప్రపంచీకరణ వల్ల అందరికన్నా ఎక్కువ నష్టపోతున్నది దళితులు. దీనిపై అందరికన్నా గట్టిగా పోరాడుతున్నది కమ్యూనిస్టులు. దళిత ఉద్యమం, కమ్యూనిస్టు ఉద్యమం సమన్వయంతో ముందుకు సాగాల్సిన తరుణం ఇది.
